Here on the St Augustine church grounds in mid december 2001 a buddhist guy (Randy Frost?) was dragged behind a hedge at the church and stabbed by 3 criminals. He lost one testicle and needed 121 stitches. He had dragged himself to his car (Ohau Street?) and called the police that cuaght two of the bloodied men, and a third one is known to them but the police have not arrested him, for lack of evidence. Two days before Randy got 7 or 8 tickets (fines) from the Department of Land and Natural Resources for picking up rubbish (trash) from the beach and Waikiki area, he was handcuffed and arrested. One day before the stabbing he got a phone call that he should hand-in the embarrassing tickets and all would be forgotten, but he said he wouldn't as he would show them to CNN (or other news.... I cannot find the story in the newspapers http://honoluluadvertiser.com/ ... or ... http://starbulletin.com/ ) I heard the story from a guy working on the beach. He told me about the buddhist who got his balls (scrotum) cut off by the local Waikiki mafia for picking up rubbish.. which would have been the owners' job. Turns out he really lost one of his testicles but and the mafia is a government department.
